Low intensive chair based activity to help keep you active!
Besides keeping you active, Chair based exercises is a low intensity activity that will also help improve your circulation, range of motion and general strength without having to put your body through high impact. This is perfect for older adults and those with limited mobility
So come on and join us, we’d love to see you there. All classes are FREE and facilitated by a qualified instructor.
Classes runs every Friday 11 - 11.30am starting from 9 February to 23 March.
