Young people enjoying each others company

Grants are available to local community organisations for youth-led projects and initiatives that address key issues facing young people in Darebin. Projects that address local wellbeing and equity issues, climate emergency, that provide leadership opportunities and increase learning and skill development in young people are encouraged. Submissions must provide evidence of community need and a clear benefit young people.

Priority will be given to projects that address issues faced by diverse young people and demonstrate well established youth-led practices that place young people at the centre of all design and implementation.

If you missed out on a grant in 2023, we encourage you to apply again in 2024. Next Youth Project Grant Round opens on April 1 and closes on May 31 2024
