If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, we invite you to give us feedback. We continually monitor our performance, and your feedback is an opportunity for us to improve.

Wherever possible, Council will aim to resolve a customer’s complaint at the customer’s first point of contact with Council. All complaints received are managed in accordance with council’s complaint handling policy(PDF, 254KB).
