We conduct a survey each year with a randomly selected sample of residents and ratepayers, to get an individual view on our service delivery.

In 2024, satisfaction with overall performance across our services in general increased and is now at the level of satisfaction categorised as ‘good’. This is a full recovery from the unusually low result recorded in 2023.

  • Regular recycling - 8.7 out of 10

  • Services for seniors - 8.3 out of 10
  • Services for children from birth to 5 years of age - 8.2 out of 10
