The annual community survey provides us with an objective, timely and consistent picture of the community’s perception of Council performance. It is a way for us to improve our services and understand community needs.
The survey is intended to provide Council with a comprehensive picture of the community’s satisfaction with:

The survey data is weighted to ensure that each precinct has contributed the correct proportion to the overall results, based on the Census of Population and Housing precinct populations.
