The Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast all day at Darebin City Council venues on Wednesday 18 December 2024 for the State Funeral Service of Neale Fraser AO MBE (1933 - 2024).
