The Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast all day at Darebin City Council venues on Tuesday 3 December 2024 for the State Funeral Service of The Honourable John Edward Delzoppo OAM (1931 - 2024).
