The Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast all day at Darebin City Council venues on Monday 23 December 2024 for the State Funeral Service of The Honourable Kevin Andrews (1955—2024).
