The Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast all day at Darebin City Council venues on Friday 10 November 2023 as a mark of mourning and respect for the State Funeral Service of Mr Ronald Barassi.
