Lowering of Flags for State Funeral for the Honourable Bill Hayden AC

Flags will be flown at half-mast at Darebin City Council venues on Friday 3 November 2023 as a mark of mourning and respect for the State Funeral Service of the Honourable William (Bill) George Hayden AC.
