Following National Flag Protocol, the Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast at Darebin City Council venues on Sunday 26 February 2023 as a mark of mourning and respect for the State Memorial Service for Dame Olivia Newton-John AC DBE.
