The Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast all day at Darebin City Council venues on Thursday 23 March as a mark of mourning and respect for the State Memorial Service for Emeritus Professor Derek Denton AC.
