Spaces for hire

Maximum capacity: 550 people without tables, 300 with tables and dance floor.

Minimum booking time is three hours. A security deposit between $300—$600 is required for hall bookings. Those eligible for community rate are: non for profit organisations, schools and those registered as community groups that can provide a Certificate of Incorporation.

Inspections can be arranged by appointment between 9am—4pm, Monday to Friday.

Hire fees

Rates are for the 2024/25 financial year

Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm

• Commercial rate (inc GST) - $90 per hour
• Community rate (inc GST) - $60 per hour

Monday to Friday, 5pm onwards

• Commercial rate (inc GST) - $180 per hour
• Community rate (inc GST) - $120 per hour

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

• Commercial rate (inc GST) - $180 per hour
• Community rate (inc GST) - $120 per hour
