Chair yoga is a promising form of exercise for older and younger adults alike. It may help people with certain health conditions, such as arthritis, to exercise without putting pressure on joints. It may also reduce the fear of falling and help people who are not used to exercise to begin improving their strength, balance and flexibility.
Chair yoga is for every body at all levels.
Carers and support workers welcome to participate.
