Kick Flip

Darebin Youth Services FReeZA committee have developed a free one-day youth festival event, Kick Flip.

Kick Flip is designed for young people, by young people and will feature a live music stage showcasing local 12–25-year-old musicians, skating, art workshops, sports activities and more!

Cake Stall
Headspace Stall with card making & affirmations
The Zone stall with DJing, a lemonade stand, and badge making!
Rainbow Space supported by Bridge Queer Gathering
Darebin Libraries stall with books and collage
Face Painting
Learn to skate with YMCA
Basketball
Sausage sizzle supported by Reservoir Lions (Vegetarian & Halal)

Cake Stall & Clothes Stall

These stalls will run thanks to the generous donations of clothes and baked goods by our local community. Decibels Youth FReeZA will be displaying information about a range of charities on the day, and patrons will be asked to select a charity to make a donation of any amount to allow entry to the cake and clothes stalls. After donation, all items at these stalls are free.

Dog Show

To include as much of the community as possible that regularly utilise Reservoir Skatepark and Edwardes Lake Park, Decibels Youth FReeZA are hosting a small dog show during Kick Flip. The Dog show will consist of Best Trick and Best Dressed categories. Sign-ups are now open, and will also be accepted at the event. Please note all dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
