SCHOOL HOLIDAY BOOTCAMP

Build healthy habits in a fun environment! Join us for an enriching half-day program during the July school holidays. Aimed at 13–16-year-olds, the program seeks to build healthy nutritional and fitness habits.

What they will learn about:

• Nutritional Guidance: Learn about healthy eating habits.
• Outdoor Body Weight Bootcamp: Tailored for 13–16-year-olds.
• Fun in the Warm Water Pool: Kraken Ball (delivered by Northcote Water Polo Club) and hydrotherapy.

WHEN: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during July school holidays

COST: $50 p/day, or $125 for 3 days
