Known as the NARC, the Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre will include

25 metre, 8 lane indoor pool
Learn to swim and leisure pool
Aquatic playground
Warm water pool with integrated spa
Steam and sauna facilities
Health club (800m2)
Main group fitness room, wellness room, reformer pilates room, indoor cycling room
Private consulting rooms for allied health and other related wellness services
Café
Creche
Male and female change rooms
Change village with a range of individual gender neutral and family change cubicles, a changing places facility and a number of accessible change rooms
Separate dry change rooms in the health and wellness area
Separate group and school change facilities
Change rooms that are fully accessible and gender-neutral
