If we missed your bin during a recent collection, please let us know within 48 hours so we can arrange another collection.

Missed collection tips

Leave your bin on the front nature strip - we cannot come into your property to get your bin
Make sure there are no cars blocking access to your bin
If we only half-emptied your bin, give it a shake to loosen any rubbish that may be stuck
If your bin has a contamination sticker, you must remove the wrong materials so we can collect it
