Missed bin collections can be due to a range of reasons. We use different trucks to collect different bins, so please choose which type of bin that has not been collected, and we will do what we can to sort it out for you. If you're missing a wheel, a lid or part of your Council is damaged, you can let us know here, we'll need to know what size and type of bin is damaged at your property. Please note that you will be asked for your address so we can assist with your request.
